How Workshop mods work
Workshop content is hosted by Valve and tied to your Steam library. When a creator publishes a new version, Steam updates your local copy automatically, so you stay current with the latest fixes.

How to subscribe
On the mod's Steam Workshop page, click Subscribe. Steam will download the files the next time it's open. Launch Paralives and the mod will appear in the in-game mods menu.

Why Workshop support matters
For most players, Workshop is the safest mod source. Content is tied to creator accounts, updates are automatic, and unsubscribing fully removes a mod from your install.

Workshop vs manual mods
Manual mods give you more control — useful for gameplay tweaks and tools that aren't on Workshop — but you'll need to update them yourself whenever the creator pushes a new version.
